We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operational Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties
Operations & Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor application processing timelines for admissions and visa services
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and international education standards.

Team Management:

  • Supervise, train, and support admissions officers, visa consultants, and administrative staff
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular staff evaluations
  • Foster a productive, ethical, and customer-focused work environment.

Client Service & Process Management:

  • Ensure high-quality client experience from enquiry to visa outcome
  • Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor client data accuracy, documentation, and record-keeping.

Business Performance & Reporting:

  • Track operational KPIs including application success rates, turnaround time, and client satisfaction
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to immigration guidelines, partner institution requirements, and data protection standards
  • Minimize operational risks through quality control and document verification
  • Support audits and compliance reviews.

Stakeholder & Partner Coordination:

  • Liaise with international universities, colleges, and visa partners
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align operations with lead generation activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in education consultancy, migration, or professional services.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
  • Strong data management and documentation skills.

Communication & Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client-relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
